2012 Section NE-6B Conclave
The Section’s annual Conclave is scheduled for June 8 – 10, 2012 with a theme of "Arrowman U: Enter to Learn... Leave to Serve". It will be hosted by Kittatinny Lodge at Hawk Mountain Scout Reservation We have room for 50 members. However, the quotas are flexible and may be able to take a larger contingency if needed. We expect our slots will fill quickly and we will take reservations on a first come first served basis. The cost of this year’sConclave is $45. This will include your Conclave fee, meals, snacks, patch and contingent t-shirt. Get your reservation forms and money in by March 30th. Those Arrowmen whose reservations arrive after we have filled our 50 slots will be put on a waiting list. If you are on the waiting list, you will be notified and we’ll work to increase the number our contingent will be able to bring. If for some reason we can’t take you this year, your money will be refunded.
Wait, you don’t know what a Conclave is? Well, a Conclave is a gathering of the five lodges that make up our section of the Northeast Region. Each year, we gather together for a weekend full of Fellowship and Feasting. There is also some training, and inter-lodge competitions. Wrap this all up into a package that includes spectacular shows and stellar dining and cap it all off with the annual Section Meeting and election of new officers, and you have yourself a great Conclave. So, now that you know what a Conclave is, why don’t you join us and find out what it is really like. Come prepared for the greatest weekend of the year! See you at Hawk Mountain in June!
